QUADS

 

Quinton and Admington Drama Society (QUADS) are a group of local people of all ages who love to perform together in amateur dramatic shows. YoungQUADS (age 7 - 12) and TeenQUADS (age 13-16) provide opportunities for young people to get involved in our productions and we occasionally offer targeted drama workshops to develop their skills. New members are very welcome to join us - as a performer or in technical support such as sound, lighting or backstage.

 

QUADS performs twice yearly, in Spring and the end of November. Our November production is a pantomime, which is cast in July and rehearsals commence from early September. Our Spring show may be a murder mystery, musical entertainment or a play. Rehearsals for the Spring show commence in January or February depending on the show being put together.

 

Rehearsals in the run up to performances are Tuesdays 19:00 - 21:00 for adult members and 18:00 - 19:00 for child members, with additional rehearsals at the same time on Thursdays when we get closer to the performance dates. All rehearsals and performances take place in Quinton Village Hall.
